The film showing when the first picture was taken was "Carry On Constable", which was released in 1960. My memories of the place don't include up-to-date films, but there is no sign of Westminster Bridge, or even of any preparatory work, so the photo couldn't have been taken much later.
The cinema was built in 1913 but, after first being turned into a bingo hall, it became a bathroom & shower showroom, around seven or eight years ago.
