This is Station Road, from King Street looking towards Dock Street. On the right are the grounds of the vicarage, long gone now. Since the first photo was taken, around 1907, that side of the road has been built up, then demolished again. On the other side of the road, two chimney stacks show which buildings remain from the first photo. The shop has gone, and a former Midland Bank building now sits in its place.
