The first photo was taken in the first decade of the 20th century, when the station was open and easily accessible with a camera. Today, the level crossing has been fenced off, for obvious safety reasons, and it's difficult to get close to the same angle. Additionally, it seems to be much more cluttered, especially by the footbridge, an afterthought some fifty or more years later.
